Register to the conference, update your membership
We remind you that the conference registration closes on May 15th 2023 and that paper presenters must register before registration closes, otherwise their right to present their paper is withdrawn.
Please note that you will be able to register only as a member if you have first paid your membership fees. If you have not paid your membership fees yet, please do so now on our website.
People who have not paid their membership fees will be taken off the program.
Note that if you register as a non-member, you can participate in the conference, but you cannot present a paper.

Conference Program
The program of the conference will soon be available on the ISSR website.
We kindly asked participants to check that their name, details, sessions and paper etc. are correct.
Any issue should be flagged as soon as possible to the program chair, Ruth Flanagan at , since the program will soon be printed.
Call for ISSR travel grants
ISSR offers travel grants of 500 euros for the participation to the conference in Taiwan, 4-7 July 2023.

Requirements and formalities
The candidate must present a paper at the Conference and participate in the various sessions of the Conference during its entire duration. This paper must be of good quality and not have been previously published, neither in English nor in French.
The application must be submitted by 20 April 2023 and be accompanied by an abstract of the paper of about three pages. Notification of acceptance will be communicated by 1 May 2023.
It must also include a brief curriculum vitae.
The impossibility of the candidate to finance by himself/herself his/her participation must be demonstrated: A letter signed by the director of the university department or research center to which the applicant belongs must be attached to the application, certifying that the applicant is unable to obtain other funding, either from the institution where he/she works or from any other fund, national or international.
All other things being equal, priority will be given to those who have never received financial assistance.
When notified that he/she is in principle eligible to receive funding from the ISSR, the applicant must submit to the Travel Grants Committee email address the full text of his/her paper, written in English or French (between 5,000 and 6,000 words) before 15 June 2023.
Payment of the scholarship will be made as soon as the applicant has sent his/her original travel document (no photocopies) to the Travel Grants Committee.
Only applications that meet all the above requirements will be considered.
It is also reminded that the ISSR cannot guarantee a total coverage of the different expenses incurred.
The final decision will be made by the Travel Grants Committee.
